Hi,
I am using EndNote X9. My citations are always unformatted and cannot be switched to formatted ones, despite of whatever I do. I turned off Instant formatting, but the citation stayed unformatted, but without hyper link to EndNote library. I updated citations and bibliography but it did not help. I recovered the library, and inserted all citations using the newly recovered one, but the problem has not been solved.
Can you please tell me what happen?
