from this time when i trying to add another citation it appear like that:

And when trying to add new citation, end note ask me to delete every thing (numbers-words)  between ()

and give me the following message

AS you say, the record numbers  not match if you retrieved the library from the travelling library, so what can i do to use my document and add another citations?

I try what you say about change citation style and brackets i change it  to curly brackets , this change all document citation to {Singh, 2011 #1} formate when trying to update citations it doesnot chang and give the following message

Really thanks i do that and it solve the problem of the attached jpg.

but the problem of (the record numbers  not match if you retrieved the library from the travelling library) not solved, so what can i do to use my document and add another citations and still have the same output style instead of {Singh, 2011 #1} for new added citations?

Okay, but if possible what steps to follow to reattach all the citations to the new record numbers in my new library.

Standard Recovery: With the  library  closed, in  EndNote  go to “Tools > Recover  Library”. Click OK to the notice that comes up, then select the  library  file you would like to recover (you may need to browse to the folder on your computer in which the  library  is located).
