Why isn't it switching to my new (modified) style?

I modified Chicago settings, saved it as a new style.

My new modified style now shows as the default view.

However, the CWYW is not getting the message about the new format.  I’ve restarted word and endnote… but it continues to insert items in the old, unmodified way.  I can’t find a setting to change in the CWYW preferences, so I’m assuming that it pulls from whatever my x6 shows as default.

How can I get it to update with new style?

Because you have to change the style in the document.  Changing it in Endnote has no effect on existing documents.

Depending on your version of word, the output style in Word, needs to be changed on the Endnote ribbon, or in the format Bibliography dialog box.
